1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, and the message you send us. We also receive technical information automatically (IP address, browser, device, the page you came from). We do not run third-party trackers or sell visitor lists.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us only to reply to your inquiry, recommend properties that fit your needs, and follow up on the deal. Technical information helps us prevent spam (rate limits) and improve the site.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We do use the following service providers to run the site: Neon (database), Amazon Web Services (image storage and DNS), Google Maps (map display), and our hosting provider. These services only process data on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to the admin area and to remember your preferred language. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as we may need them to serve you, typically up to two years. You may ask us to delete your records at any time.
6. Your Rights (PDPA / GDPR)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within thirty days.
